1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, country, support communications, membership selection, and usernames required to provision access on supported third-party platforms.
Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor and is not intended to be stored in complete form by Metrify. We may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, payment amount, currency, renewal date, refund status, and limited customer details needed to operate the membership.
If you use the browser-based SGC workspace, your selected CSV is processed on your device and is not uploaded to Metrify. Optimization checkpoints and completed results are sent to Metrify-managed Google Drive for recovery and synchronization. Metrify administrators can access these stored files.
We may also collect device, browser, IP-address, security, referral, and usage information through server logs and limited analytics.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to process purchases, provision or revoke access, administer subscriptions, authenticate users, provide support, prevent fraud, secure systems, comply with law, improve products, measure site performance, and communicate material service or policy updates.
3. Legal grounds
Depending on jurisdiction, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with authentication providers for Google sign-in, email/password accounts and password resets; Google Drive for SGC checkpoint and result storage; payment processors for subscriptions; hosting and email providers; professional advisers; and TradingView to deliver the requested indicator access. These parties receive only information reasonably necessary for their role and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations. Metrify does not receive or store your complete payment card number or your account password.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
5. International processing
Metrify and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, reasonable contractual or legal safeguards will be used for cross-border transfers.
6. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for membership administration, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligation.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential cookies or browser storage for security, session continuity, checkout operation, preferences, and promotional timing. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should not be activated without the disclosures and consent mechanisms required by applicable law.
8. Security
Metrify uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your email account, device, login links, and credentials.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to complain to a regulator. Requests may be sent to support. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
10. Children
Metrify is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone who lacks legal capacity to enter the membership agreement. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
11. Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Privacy questions may be sent to support@metrify.pro.
